Zhou Ruiyang (周睿羊) is a Chinese professional Go player, born on March 8, 1991, in Xi'an, Shaanxi. He is a 9-dan player with the Chinese Weiqi Association.

He started playing Go at age 7. In the same year he won the Wanbao Cup, China’s biggest amateur tournament, and then turned professional. In 2005 he reached 3 dan as a pro and earlier that year won the U-15 section of the Fujitsu Cup, the oldest international Go tournament.

In 2006 Zhou became the youngest challenger for the Tianyuan title after beating Kong Jie. The Tianyuan final was a best-of-3 against the defending champion Gu Li; Zhou won the first game but lost the next two.

He later rose to 5 dan, and in 2007, at age 16, he became the youngest Chinese titleholder by winning the Tianyuan.

In 2010 he reached the final of the Chang-ki Cup, facing Tuo Jiaxi in a deciding three-game match for a prize of 400,000 yuan.
