Zeiko Lewis
Zeiko Lewis is a Bermudian footballer who plays as a forward for Union Omaha in USL League One and the Bermuda national team. He was born on June 4, 1994, in Spanish Point, Bermuda, and is 1.70 meters tall. He wears number 11 for Union Omaha.
Early in his career, Lewis played for the Dandy Town Hornets and then moved to the United States to attend Berkshire School in Massachusetts. There he starred as a teenager, scoring 33 goals in his senior year and earning NSCAA All-American honors.
He played for Bermuda Hogges and Real Boston Rams before going to college at Boston College from 2013 to 2016, where he appeared 73 times and scored 18 goals. He helped the Eagles win the 2013 ACC Freshman of the Year award and led the team in assists as a freshman.
In 2017, Lewis was selected 17th overall in the MLS SuperDraft by the New York Red Bulls, but he mainly played for Red Bulls II that year, recording 23 appearances and 2 goals. He later spent time in Iceland with FH and on loan to HK in 2018.
Lewis joined Charleston Battery in 2019 and stayed through 2021, scoring 18 goals in 67 games. He then played for Sacramento Republic from 2022 to 2023 (53 games, 4 goals). In March 2024, he signed with Union Omaha.
Internationally, Lewis has represented Bermuda at the U17 and U20 levels and has been a member of the senior national team since 2011. He has 42 caps and 12 goals for Bermuda as of June 2024. He made his senior debut on September 2, 2011, as a substitute in a World Cup qualifier against Trinidad and Tobago. He was part of the Bermuda squad that won the Island Games in 2013.
