Yermy Adalberto Hernández Alvarez, born December 2, 1980 in La Ceiba, Honduras, is a Honduran football defender who plays for Victoria in the Honduran Liga Nacional. He wears number 16. He began his senior career with Real España (2000–2007). In 2008 he played for Platense, making 9 appearances. He then rejoined Real España (2008–2009) before moving to the Guatemalan club Heredia in 2009 and then Hispano (2009–2011). He joined Victoria before the 2011 Apertura. Internationally, Hernández earned 3 caps for Honduras from 2006 to 2007, with no goals. He debuted in a friendly against Venezuela and played in the 2007 UNCAF Nations Cup. His final international match was in February 2007 against Panama.
