Plot:
Two brilliant but socially awkward girls, Zoe Tuazon and Aica Tabayoyong, are outcasts at a prestigious school. They cause trouble and rivalry follows them into adulthood. Aica falls for a boy named Mark Ferrer, but Zoe uses him to get back at Aica. After high school, both girls graduate with top honors and later undergo plastic surgery to become more attractive, restarting their rivalry as adults.

Zoe tries to ruin Aica’s life by exposing a humiliating incident, and their feud leads to dangerous situations, including a near-fatal trap and a confrontation involving Mark. Eventually they begin to reconcile, but the feud resurfaces in different ways.

In the end, it’s revealed that Marco Yuzon, the author of a book about their story, has fictionalized much of the tale. Aica and Zoe—whose real names are Mica and Joey—expose the truth about the book and confront him, revealing their real identities and moving on with their lives.
