YG Plus Inc. is a South Korean public media and advertising company. It began in 1996 as Phoenix Holdings Inc., was acquired by YG Entertainment in 2014 and renamed YG Plus. In 2019 it expanded into music distribution and today handles production, distribution, and licensing of music-related merchandise for artists. The company is based in Seoul, led by CEO Choi Sung-jun and chairman Yang Min-seok.

In 2022, YG Plus reported revenue of about 1.4 trillion won, with an operating income of around 220 billion won and a net income of about 167 billion won. Major ownership includes YG Entertainment, Weverse Company, and other investors; Hybe Corporation previously held a stake via Weverse, and in September 2025 Hybe sold its entire 7.67% stake, reducing its direct ownership to 10.23%.

Key brands and ventures:
- Moonshot: cosmetics brand launched in 2016, developed with Huanya Group and COSON, sold online and in Sephora stores in Asia.
- Nona9on: luxury streetwear brand with collaborations tied to YG artists.
- YG Golf Academy → YG Sports: expansion into sports and golf activities.
- YG Studioplex: TV drama production studio formed in 2017 to create Korean Wave content.
- Uncore: independent record label under SLL and YG Plus (founded 2024).
- SEOUL MUSIC: music promotion and distribution brand started in 2019.
- KPlus (formerly YG K+): model management joint venture with Chorokbaem Media; 50% stake sold in 2022 and renamed KPLUS, while continuing collaboration with YG.
