Xaffévillers
Xaffévillers is a small commune in the Vosges department in the Grand Est region of northeastern France. It covers 18.43 square kilometers and had a population of 131 people in 2023. The area sits at elevations between 256 and 321 meters above sea level.
The village is located in the middle of the commune, on the right bank of the Belvitte, a tributary of the Mortagne. The Mortagne forms most of the commune’s western border.
Local government: The mayor is Jean-Paul Hausermann, serving from 2020 to 2026. Xaffévillers is part of the Épinal arrondissement, the Raon-l'Étape canton, and the intercommunality called Région de Rambervillers.
