XHZER-FM is a Zacatecas, Mexico radio station broadcasting on 96.5 FM from a tower on Cerro de la Virgen. It is owned by Grupo Radiofónico Zer (Arnoldo Rodríguez Zermeño) and branded as La Líder Stereo ZER, with a Regional Mexican music format. The concession was granted and the station began on June 22, 1990. The call letters honor owner Arnoldo Rodríguez Zermeño.
