Wisconsin State Trunk Highway 80 (WIS 80) is a north–south road in southwest and west‑central Wisconsin, running about 176 miles from the Illinois border near Hazel Green to US 10 just south of Marshfield.

The route starts at the Illinois line as a continuation of IL 84, goes through Hazel Green (where WIS 11 briefly joins), and continues to Cuba City and Platteville (where it meets US 151 and WIS 81). It then heads north along the Grant–Iowa county line to Montfort, joins US 18 for a short stretch near Cobb, and passes through Highland. Near Muscoda, WIS 133 joins WIS 80 briefly before WIS 80 heads north again and crosses the Wisconsin River. North of Muscoda, the highway goes through Richland Center and Hillsboro, where it joins WIS 33 and WIS 82 into Union Center. The three‑way concurrency reaches the Elroy area, near the Elroy‑Sparta State Trail and the 400 State Trail; in Elroy, WIS 82 leaves the concurrency. WIS 80 continues north, leaves the Driftless Area, and enters New Lisbon, where it intersects I‑90/I‑94. Beyond New Lisbon, it passes through Necedah and Pittsville (briefly with WIS 73), then travels through farmland in Wood County and ends at a roundabout with US 10 just south of Marshfield. The highway also travels near Muscoda, a town known for its mushrooms, and sometimes follows the Grant–Lafayette county line along parts of its route.
