William T. Vitt House, also known as the Louis Schaefer House, is a historic brick home in Washington, Franklin County, Missouri. Built around 1888, it is two and a half stories tall with three bays and a side entry, resting on a stone foundation. The roof is side-gabled, and the doors and windows have segmental arches. A Victorian-style front porch adds to its charm. The house reflects Missouri-German architectural influence. It sits on less than an acre at 2 River Pilot Dr. The property was added to the National Register of Historic Places on September 14, 2000 (NRHP Reference Number 00001117).
