Wilfried Bohlsen

Wilfried Bohlsen (November 23, 1934 – June 15, 2016) was a German politician from the Christian Democratic Union (CDU). He was born in Wilhelmshaven and died in Wiesmoor, Lower Saxony.

He joined the CDU in 1971 and led the CDU district association of East Frisia from 1980. Bohlsen entered the Bundestag in the 1983 election via the Lower Saxony state list and served until 1994.

In parliament, he was a full member of the Transport Committee from 1983 to 1990 (and a deputy member until 1994). From May 1989 to 1994 he served on the Budget Committee, from November 1991 to 1994 on the Tourism Committee, and from 1990 to 1994 on the Audit Committee. He did not stand for re-election in 1994.
