West Eleventh Street Historic District is a nationally recognized historic area in Dubuque, Iowa. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2004. The district covers about 36.6 acres and is bounded by Grove Terrace, Loras Boulevard, and Wilbur and Walnut Streets. It sits on a bluff above the Jackson Park area, with the river valley below, and gets its name from the former West Eleventh Street Elevator, a funicular that once served the hillside.

Most of the buildings are single-family homes with a few out-buildings, one apartment building, and 46 duplexes. Some houses have been converted to multi-family use and later changed back. Victorian-style houses line the bluff fronts on the eastern and southern edges, while the northern and western areas are more vernacular in style. The Charles T. Hancock House (built in 1890) is separately listed on the National Register. Because of the steep terrain, retaining walls and steps are common where sidewalks would normally be.

When it was listed, the district had 288 resources: 191 contributing buildings, 32 contributing structures, 61 non-contributing buildings, 2 contributing sites, and 1 non-contributing structure. Notable architects for the district include W. F. Guilburt and Fridolin Heer.
