Cyclos is the debut studio album by Dilate, released on February 13, 1996, by Hypnotic Records. It was recorded in 1992 and runs 77 minutes and 12 seconds. The music is ambient.

Some tracks from Cyclos were promoted by Cleopatra Records and appeared on various artists compilations. Tangerine Sky is on Space Box: 1970 & Beyond. Uduism appears on Ambient Time Travellers. Oblivium shows up on six compilations, including Space Daze 2000: A Mind Journey of Electronic Ambient Space Rock; This Is Space: The Space Daze Trilogy; DJ Technical's Hypnotic Illusions; In to the Mix; Electronica Classix; and Classic Electronica.

Colonies and Passage were used as codas on Vampire Rodents’ Premonition (1992) and Lullaby Land (1993).

Reception was mixed. AllMusic gave Cyclos four out of five stars. Keyboard offered a more negative view, calling it “cupcake music” and not very like Orb or Tangerine Dream, though suitable for Hearts of Space airplay. Magical Blend said the album isn’t as captivating as its influences but is still a captivating listen, good for a hot summer night.

All music is composed by Victor Wulf. Adapted from the Cyclos liner notes. Dilate Production.
