Werner Paul Kaspi (born Werner Silbermann) was an Israeli football forward. He was born on 12 July 1917 and died on 28 July 1944. Kaspi played for several clubs: DFC Prag (1938), Degel Zion Tel Aviv (1939) with 1 appearance and 1 goal, Hapoel Herzliya (1939) with 1 appearance and 3 goals, Beitar Tel Aviv (1939–1940), and Maccabi Netanya (1943).

Internationally, he played for Mandatory Palestine in 1940, earning one cap and scoring two goals. He captained Palestine in their last match against Lebanon in 1940, scoring twice.

His death details are not known, but he is believed to have been killed by the Nazis during World War II.
