Nandita Das (born 23 October 1969) is an Indian National Congress politician from Assam, India. She is a two-time member of the Assam Legislative Assembly, having won the Boko constituency in 2016 and 2021. She served as president of the Assam Pradesh Mahila Congress Committee from 3 January 2019 to 2022. She is married to Bhabesh Chandra Das and holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree. She was born in Guwahati, Assam.
