Walter Stratton House

Walter Stratton House is a historic home in Roxbury, Delaware County, New York. Built in 1828, it is a small one-and-a-half-story stone house on a deep fieldstone basement with a gabled roof. A one-story recessed frame wing extends from the house, and there is a one-story frame garage on the property. It is one of six remaining stone houses in the town. The house was added to the National Register of Historic Places on December 31, 2002.
