Vote and Beyond (Oy ve Ötesi) is a Turkish group of volunteers working to promote participatory democracy.

It started after the Gezi Park protests in 2013 and became an official NGO on 24 April 2014. It was founded by Sercan Çelebi and is based in Galatasaray-Beyoğlu, Istanbul. By 2015, it had about 55,000 volunteers.

The group works in two parts: Vote during elections and Beyond after elections. Its goal is to raise civic awareness and find fair, science-based solutions to social issues.

In elections, Vote and Beyond monitors and reports on elections and built tools like Türkiye Tutanak Teyit (T3) and the T3TG app to photograph ballot results and compare them with official results.

In the Beyond phase, they hold conferences on transparency, run campaigns such as the #HERYERANAYASA cartoon campaign in 2015, produced PODCAST-19 in 2020 about COVID-19, and launched the Digital Democracy Platform in 2021 to help local governments use participatory digital democracy tools, starting in Avcılar, Istanbul.

Public trust in election fairness has fluctuated: 28% of those who doubted fairness rose to 43% by 2015, while belief that elections would be fair fell from 70% in 2007 to 43% in 2015.
