ADM Nutrition Holding, previously known as Victoria Group, was a Serbian holding company based in Belgrade. It operated about 15 subsidiaries focused on agribusiness and wholesale, including Sojaprotein and Victoriaoil.

History and shape: The group was founded on 8 November 2001 by Stanko Popović, Milija Babović and Zoran Mitrović. It grew to become a major exporter in Serbia, ranking third in net exports in 2015 and first in the food-processing sector.

Ownership and finances: After years of debt and losses, MK Group bought a majority stake in 2018. On 22 November 2021, MK Group and partners sold 100% of Victoria Group’s shares to ADM Europe, making ADM Nutrition Holding wholly owned by ADM Europe (Netherlands) as of December 2021.

Financial snapshot (2020): Revenue €166.68 million; net income -€0.91 million; total assets €212.39 million; total equity €57.43 million; about 997 employees.

Status: The company was defunct on 12 December 2022.
