2020 Karachi Kings season
Karachi Kings had a memorable 2020 PSL season. They finished first and won their maiden PSL title by beating Lahore Qalandars by 5 wickets in the final.
They played 10 league matches, winning five and with one match washed out, which helped them reach the playoffs. The playoffs were postponed due to COVID-19, and the PCB later announced plans to complete the season in November 2020. Remaining fixtures were scheduled at Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore, with the final on November 17.
The team was coached by Dean Jones until his death in September 2020. Imad Wasim captained in nine matches, while Babar Azam captained one game.
Key players: Babar Azam was the top run-scorer for the Kings with 473 runs, and Mohammad Amir took the most wickets, with 10.
