Victor Lye Thiam Fatt (born 1962) is a Singaporean politician with the People’s Action Party (PAP). Since 2025, he has been the Member of Parliament for the Buangkok–Fernvale South division of Ang Mo Kio GRC. He grew up in Ang Mo Kio with four siblings and later moved to a public housing flat. He studied at St Joseph’s Institution and earned first-class honours in Economics from the University of Adelaide as a Colombo Plan Scholar. He started his career in 1987 as an Administrative Officer in the Ministry of Trade and Industry, and later headed Singapore sales at Crosby Securities until 1996. He began volunteering with the PAP in 1987 and joined the party in 2001. In 2012 he became the PAP branch chairman for Bedok Reservoir–Punggol in Aljunied GRC. He first contested Parliament in 2015 in Aljunied GRC but lost. He contested again in 2020 and lost, and that year he joined the PAP Central Executive Committee. In February 2025 he stepped down as Bedok Reservoir–Punggol branch chairman, and later joined the PAP team for Ang Mo Kio GRC. The team won the election, making Lye MP. He is Roman Catholic, married with two children.
