UGRO Capital Limited is an Indian non-banking financial company (NBFC-ND-SI) that focuses on financing micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). Founded in 2018 by Shachindra Nath, it is headquartered in Mumbai and is publicly traded on the BSE and NSE. The company originated from the 2018 acquisition and restructuring of Chokhani Securities Limited, after which it was rebranded UGRO Capital and shifted to MSME lending.

From 2021 to 2026, UGRO Capital expanded through partnerships, capital raises, and acquisitions. In November 2021, it started a co-lending arrangement with State Bank of India under RBI guidelines to fund MSMEs. In 2022–2023 it raised capital (including ₹340.5 crore) and secured ₹240 crore from the Danish SDG Investment Fund.

In 2024, UGRO acquired fintech MyShubhLife, which became a wholly owned subsidiary and enabled embedded credit delivery. The company also issued equity to institutional investors, including the Danish SDG Investment Fund, and raised about ₹1,265 crore through compulsory convertible debentures and warrants with investors such as Samena Capital. The board approved raising an additional ₹1,332.66 crore in equity in May 2024.

In 2025, UGRO announced an agreement to acquire Profectus Capital, which received RBI approval. In January 2026, the board approved a plan to amalgamate Profectus Capital with UGRO, subject to approvals from the National Company Law Tribunal and other authorities.

Revenue was ₹1,441.85 crore in FY2025. The CEO is Anuj Pandey, and Shachindra Nath serves as Vice Chairman and Managing Director. Website: ugrocapital.com.
