Mjøndalen IF Fotball is the football section of Mjøndalen Idrettsforening. Based in Mjøndalen, Norway, the club was founded in 1910. They play home games at Consto Arena, which holds 4,350 spectators. They currently compete in the 2. divisjon (the third tier) after being relegated from the 1. divisjon at the end of the 2025 season.

The club has a long history in Norwegian football. They won the Norwegian Cup in 1933, 1934 and 1937 and finished as runners-up in 1924 and 1968. They also represented Norway in European competition after the 1968 Cup final. Mjøndalen reached Norway’s top division in the 1970s and 1980s, finishing second in 1976 and 1986, which earned them UEFA Cup football in 1977-78. A memorable moment from European play is their 1-0 away win at Werder Bremen in the 1987-88 UEFA Cup.

After financial difficulties, they spent time in lower divisions but made a comeback to the top flight in 2015. They finished 15th that year and were relegated in 2016, then won promotion again in 2018 and stayed in the top division the following season.
