Transparency (film)
Transparency (2010), also known as Takedown in Europe, is a Canadian action thriller written and directed by Raul Inglis. The story follows a security guard who can’t save his daughter from a brutal attack and ends up entangled in the world of human trafficking. It stars Lou Diamond Phillips, Estella Warren, and Deborah Kara Unger. Produced by Matt Kelly Films on a $2 million budget, the film runs 100 minutes and is in English. It was distributed by Entertainment One and Lionsgate. Release date: April 16, 2010, at the Dubai International Film Festival. The movie won Best Director for Raul Inglis at the 2011 Leo Awards.
