Tony Plowman
Antony Fulton "Tony" Plowman (born 21 December 1938) is a former Australian politician. He was the Liberal member for the Victorian Legislative Assembly seat of Benambra from October 1992 to 2006. He attended Frankston Primary School (1943–49) and Geelong Grammar School (1950–56). Before entering Parliament, he had a diverse rural career. In Parliament, he served on several committees: the Public Accounts and Estimates Committee (1992–1996), the Scrutiny of Acts and Regulations Committee (1996–1999), and the Road Safety Committee and the Legislative Assembly Privileges Committee (1999–2002). He retired at the 2006 state election and was succeeded by Liberal candidate Bill Tilley.
