Todor Aleksiev, born April 21, 1983, in Plovdiv, Bulgaria, is a former Bulgarian volleyball player and the sports director of Hebar Pazardzhik. He stands 2.04 meters tall and wore number 15 for the Bulgarian national team from 2006 to 2017. With Bulgaria, he won bronze medals at the 2006 World Championship (Japan), the 2007 World Cup (Japan), and the 2009 European Championship (Turkey). He earned the Best Scorer and Best Receiver awards at the 2012 World League.

At the club level, Aleksiev played for many teams in Bulgaria and abroad, including Lokomotiv Plovdiv, Levski Sofia, Ural Ufa, Halkbank Ankara, Lokomotiv Yekaterinburg, Monza, Ugra Surgut, UPCN San Juan, Bolivar, Olympiacos Piraeus, Sporting CP, and Hebar Pazardzhik.
