Futurist is a 2005 studio album by Alec Empire, released on March 28, 2005. It follows Intelligence and Sacrifice (2001) and is notable for reducing Empire’s trademark electronic sounds in favor of guitars and drum beats, giving the record a punk/metal edge. The album runs 42 minutes and 23 seconds (50:43 on the re-issue) and was released by Digital Hardcore Recordings, with Alec Empire as producer.
