Tikka T3
The Tikka T3 is a family of Finnish bolt‑action rifles made by Sako under the Tikka brand in Riihimäki. Introduced in 2003, it comes in many calibers, barrel lengths, stocks and sight options. It was designed by Sako’s product team led by Kari Kuparinen. The rifles are used by French law enforcement and India’s MARCOS, both chambered in 7.62×51 mm. In 2016, Sako updated the line to the Tikka T3x with a larger ejection port, a steel recoil lug, and a metal bolt shroud; these improvements are backward compatible with the original T3. There is a Colt Canada‑licensed T3 CTR variant, and the civilian version of the C‑19.
