The Wall Street Final was a weekday afternoon business newspaper published in New York City. It began on June 16, 1980, under publisher Michael Goldstein. It aimed to report the latest business news and the day’s stock market closing prices. The paper shut down two months later, on August 18, 1980, because of computer problems, unreliable deliveries, and stronger competition from the New York Daily News and the New York Post.
