Thomas Hafstad

Thomas Hafstad (born 13 March 1974) is a retired Norwegian footballer. He is 1.76 meters tall and played mainly as a right full back, but could also operate in midfield. He started his career with Beisfjord, then Narvik/Nor and Mjølner before joining Tromsø IL on 1 January 1994. He played for Tromsø IL from 1994 to 2008, making 239 league appearances and scoring 30 goals. He retired in 2009. His sons Tobias and Didrik Hafstad are also professional footballers.
