Bert Gregory

Bert Gregory, born Robert Augustus Gregory on 17 October 1888 in Pyramid Hill, Victoria, was an Australian rules footballer who played for Melbourne in the VFL. In 1907 he appeared in two games and scored one goal. He came from the South Ballarat club, stood 183 cm tall and weighed 79 kg. He was the son of Robert Gregory and Elizabeth Martha Gregory (née Phillips). In 1931 he married Ina Marguerite Trotman (1899–1977). Gregory died on 9 November 1967 at the Pyramid Hill Bush Nursing Hospital in Pyramid Hill, Victoria, aged 79.
