The Voice Kids of Vietnam season 4
The Voice Kids of Vietnam Season 4 aired on VTV3 from July 23 to October 29, 2016. The host was Ngô Kiến Huy, with Chi Pu appearing backstage. The judges were Noo Phước Thịnh, Đông Nhi, Ông Cao Thắng, and Vũ Cát Tường.
This season brought a refreshed coaching lineup to bring new energy to the show. Giang Hồ left after season 3; Hồ Hoài Anh became the music executive; Dương Khắc Linh did not return; Cẩm Ly considered leaving. In March 2016, Đông Nhi and Ông Cao Thắng were announced as coaches, Noo Phước Thịnh joined as a judge, and Vũ Cát Tường was added as the fourth coach.
The season introduced a wildcard twist and allowed public voting via SaoStar.vn. Milana Zavolokina won the wildcard with 13.32% of the vote and returned to the finals. The format started with five blind-audition episodes, followed by battles where three contestants competed in groups of three. The winner of each group advanced, while the others faced elimination. Each team then selected winners and losers to move on to the Liveshows, resulting in six contestants per team.
Advisors helped the coaches: Nguyễn Hải Phong advised Noo Phước Thịnh, Huỳnh Hiền Năng advised Đông Nhi and Noo, and Hồng Nhung advised Vũ Cát Tường.
In the final rounds, contestants performed solo and duet songs with their coaches. The winner was Trịnh Nhật Minh, with Đông Nhi and Ông Cao Thắng as the winning coaches. Runner-up was Đào Nguyên Thụy Bình. This season was followed by The Voice Kids Season 5.
