Aquila Basket Trento's 2020–21 season was their 26th in existence and 8th in a row in Italy's top league, the LBA. The club is owned by Aquila Basket Trento 2013 S.R.L. and was led by president Luigi Longhi with head coach Emanuele Molin. Home games were played at PalaTrento. In the LBA they finished 8th and did not reach the playoffs. In the EuroCup they reached the Top 16, finishing 3rd in their four-team group. In the Italian Supercup they finished 4th in their group during the group stage. Nike was the supplier and Dolomiti Energia was the sponsor. The squad used a 6+6 format, with homegrown Italian players, foreign players, and young players.
