The Tower (Motorpsycho album)
The Tower is a studio album by the Norwegian rock band Motorpsycho. It was released on September 8, 2017, and blends psychedelic rock, progressive rock, and alternative rock. The album lasts 85 minutes and 5 seconds.
This release is the first part of the Gullvåg Trilogy, followed by The Crucible in 2019 and The All Is One in 2020. It came out on Stickman Records and Rune Grammofon, with Bent Sæther producing the album.
The Tower is available as double vinyl, double CD, and a digital download. It was nominated for Best Rock Album at the 2017 Spellemannprisen. All tracks were written by Bent Sæther, unless noted otherwise, with additional musicians contributing to the project.
