KBLK-LP
KBLK-LP is a low‑power radio station at 106.3 FM in Shreveport, Louisiana. It broadcasts urban gospel music along with local talk focused on community issues. The station is owned by Blacks United For Lasting Leadership. KBLK-LP began broadcasting in April 2005. It was started by James Pannell, with his brother Larry Pannell, who was the director of Grambling State University’s marching band, serving as music director. The station is branded as 106.3 KBLK.
