The North were a Canadian professional wrestling tag team in Impact Wrestling, made up of Ethan Page and Josh Alexander. They began in 2011 as Monster Mafia on the Canadian independent circuit, winning several tag team titles including the PWG World Tag Team Championship once.

They joined Impact Wrestling in 2017 and became The North in 2018. They won the Impact World Tag Team Championship twice. Their first reign, by defeating LAX at Bash at the Brewery, lasted 383 days — the longest in the title’s history — with several defenses against teams like Rascalz, LAX, and Reno Scum. They lost that title to the Motor City Machine Guns on July 21, ending the record-breaking run.

The North won the title again at Bound for Glory 2019 in a four-way match, but lost it to The Good Brothers at Turning Point a few weeks later, ending the second reign after 21 days.

In 2021, Page left Impact and The North disbanded. Page went to AEW in 2021 and later joined WWE NXT in 2024. Alexander stayed in Impact, winning the X-Division Championship in 2021 and then cashing in to win the IMPACT World Championship at Bound for Glory 2021, later defeating Moose for a second World Title at Rebellion 2022. He held the title for almost a year before an injury in 2023; he returned later that year but did not regain the title and left Impact/TNA in 2025.

The North are remembered as one of Impact’s top tag teams, known for their long first title reign and for helping raise the profile of Canadian wrestling.
