Tetsuji Hiratsuka is a Japanese professional golfer born on November 6, 1971, in Kyoto. He turned pro in 1994. Hiratsuka has six wins on the Japan Golf Tour and four wins on the Asian Tour, for a total of ten professional victories. He represented Japan at the 2007 Omega Mission Hills World Cup with Hideto Tanihara. His best result in a major championship is T36 at The Open in 2004; he has not played in the Masters or the U.S. Open, and he was cut at the PGA Championship in 2004, 2010, and 2011. His highest world ranking was 65, in December 2010. He currently plays on the Japan PGA Senior Tour.
