Tetramorium renae

Tetramorium renae is an ant species in the family Formicidae. It belongs to the subfamily Myrmicinae and the genus Tetramorium. It is found on the islands of São Tomé and Príncipe. The holotype—the specimen used to describe the species—was collected on São Tomé Island at an elevation of about 1,350 meters. The species was described in 2010 by Hita Garcia, Fischer, and Peters.
