Terry Ramadhani Kiunge, born around 1980 in Nyeri, Kenya, is a Kenyan businesswoman, human resources professional and corporate executive. She serves as the Deputy Ambassador of Kenya to New Delhi, India, and has been the chief executive officer of the Kenya Medical Supplies Authority (KEMSA) since May 2022. Previously, she was the director of human resources at Aga Khan University in Nairobi and has served on KEMSA’s board. Ramadhani has over 20 years of work experience. She attended Loretto High School in Limuru, earned a Bachelor of Education from Kenyatta University, an MBA from the University of Liverpool, and a Certificate in Adaptive Leadership from the Harvard Kennedy School. She is a certified Project Management Professional and a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. Earlier in her career she worked in Kenya’s President’s Delivery Unit on national health projects. As KEMSA CEO, she leads staff streamlining as part of reforms following procurement and financial scandals during COVID-19, and she is the first substantive CEO since 2021 when the previous head was suspended. She is married to Francis Ramadhani and is commonly known as Terry Ramadhani.
