Busana (Emilian: Buṣâna) is a small village (frazione) in Ventasso, a municipality in the province of Reggio Emilia, Emilia-Romagna, Italy. It sits about 850 meters above sea level and covers 30.4 square kilometers. As of 31 May 2007, it had 1,278 residents, with a density of about 42 people per square kilometer. Busana is located roughly 80 kilometers west of Bologna and 45 kilometers southwest of Reggio Emilia. It used to be an independent municipality until January 1, 2024, when it joined Ventasso. The area is part of the Appennino Tosco-Emiliano National Park. The postal code is 42032 and the telephone area code is 0522.
