Tennessee State Route 312
State Route 312 (SR 312) is a secondary Tennessee highway in Hamilton and Bradley counties, connecting Birchwood to Cleveland. The route mostly runs east-west, but in Hamilton County it travels mostly north-south.
It starts at SR 60 in Birchwood and heads southwest as Birchwood Pike for about 13 miles through farmland. It then turns east and meets SR 58 near Harrison, running briefly north with SR 58 before veering east as Mahan Gap Road. The road passes through Snow Hill, then reaches a four-way intersection with Ooltewah-Georgetown Road. After crossing Mahan Gap in White Oak Mountain, SR 312 enters Bradley County and becomes Harrison Pike. It meets Bancroft Road (to McDonald), continues through rural areas to Prospect, and crosses I-75 (no interchange). The highway then carries on for about two miles to Cleveland, crossing Candies Creek and Candies Creek Ridge before ending at US 11/US 64 in downtown Cleveland, where US 64 continues on as Inman Street.
