State Route 128 (SR 128) is a 51.7-mile state highway in western Tennessee. It starts in Pickwick Dam, Hardin County, at SR 57 just north of the Mississippi line, and heads north, crossing over Pickwick Landing Dam on the Tennessee River. It passes Nixon and Walkertown, then enters Savannah, where it runs with US 64, SR 15 and SR 69 for a stretch before SR 69 heads south. SR 128 continues east, widens to four lanes for a while, and after a junction with SR 226 heads north again toward Crossroads. It then joins US 641 and SR 114 as it nears Clifton in Wayne County. In Clifton, SR 128 splits off and travels through downtown, then intersects SR 228 and enters Perry County. While sharing the road with US 641/SR 114 up to SR 228 it is signed as east–west. After crossing SR 228, SR 128 heads into hills and woods, finally ending at SR 13 just south of Linden.
