Teleiopsis baldiana is a moth in the Gelechiidae family. It was described in 1920 by William Barnes and August Busck and is found in North America, with records from California.

The wingspan is about 19–21 mm. The forewings are bluish white, overlaid with fuscous, black, and brown scales. A noticeable outwardly oblique band of black raised scales runs from near the base of the leading edge to the basal fourth of the dorsum. There is an ill-defined light dark spot on the middle of the leading edge, and an ill-defined transverse shade across the end of the cell, edged by a narrow white fascia. A short transverse streak of black-brown raised scales appears at the end of the cell, and the wing tip is darkened with fuscous.

The larvae feed on Toxicodendron diversilobum (poison oak) and roll the leaves of their host plant.

Taxonomy: Kingdom Animalia, Phylum Arthropoda, Class Insecta, Order Lepidoptera, Family Gelechiidae, Genus Teleiopsis, Species baldiana. Binomial name Teleiopsis baldiana. Synonym: Telphusa baldiana.
