Julián David Arredondo Moreno, born 30 July 1988 in Ciudad Bolívar, Colombia, is a Colombian former professional road cyclist. He rode professionally from 2012 to 2017 for Nippo–Vini Fantini and Trek Factory Racing. Arredondo is best known for winning the mountains classification at the 2014 Giro d'Italia, including a stage win that year. He also led the 2012–13 UCI Asia Tour and won the 2013 Tour de Langkawi. He competed in the 2014 Vuelta a España and the 2015 Tour de France. He is 1.64 m tall and weighed 58 kg during his career, and he was a climbing specialist.
