Teddy Christopher Graham Jenks (born 12 March 2002) is an English footballer who plays as a midfielder for Worthing in the National League South. He was born in Brighton, England, and is 1.91 metres tall.

Jenks came through the Brighton & Hove Albion academy and made his first-team debut for Brighton in September 2019 in the EFL Cup against Aston Villa. He also appeared as a substitute in a 2–0 win at Preston in September 2020.

He was released by Brighton in June 2023. He spent the 2021–22 season on loan at Aberdeen, making his debut in the Europa Conference League on 22 July 2021 and his Scottish Premiership debut on 8 August 2021, where he scored the equaliser in a 2–1 win over Livingston. He also scored a late winner for Aberdeen against St Johnstone in December 2021 and was sent off in a match against St Mirren in September 2021.

Jenks joined Crawley Town on loan for the 2022–23 season. In June 2023 he signed for Forest Green Rovers, and in January 2024 he went on loan to Ross County in the Scottish Premiership. He later joined Worthing on 16 September 2025.

Internationally, Jenks has represented England at under-16 and under-17 levels, scoring once for the U17s. He scored against Sweden at the 2019 UEFA European Under-17 Championship. His younger brother Eliot plays for Brighton U18s.
