Atlético Morazán
Atlético Morazán Futbol Club, nicknamed Morazánas, was a Honduran football club based in Tegucigalpa. It was founded in 1970 and played at Estadio Tiburcio Carías Andino, which seats about 35,000. The team started in the Second Division and earned promotion to the top division, Liga Nacional, on 23 December 1979, when it competed as Atlético Fusep. In 1983, after merging with Juventud Ribereña, the club changed its name to Juventud Morazanica. In 1985, Sula bought Juventud Morazanica’s franchise.
