Tanjung Aru railway station is a main stop on Sabah’s Western Sabah Railway Line in Tanjung Aru, Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia. It is owned and operated by Sabah State Railway. The line was formerly known as the North Borneo Railway. The station has two tracks and a side platform, with parking available.

The station first opened on 1 August 1914. The wooden building was demolished in 2007 for renovations and replaced with a new concrete building. It was rebuilt and reopened on 30 September 2016 at its current location, with new facilities for light rail transit. In 2016, Japan-made diesel multiple units began serving the Tanjung Aru–Beaufort route. Kota Kinabalu’s original main station, Jesselton, closed in 1974, leaving Tanjung Aru as the city’s rail starting point. After the Aeropod development, the station was moved to its current location with upgraded facilities.
