Joe Holsinger (January 20, 1904 – August 16, 1946) was an American athlete and coach in football, basketball, and golf. He starred as a halfback for Kansas State from 1925 to 1927, earning two All-MVC second-team honors in 1926 and 1927.

After playing, he coached football at Florida (backfield coach, 1928–1932 under Charlie Bachman; part of the "Phantom Four" in 1928), Wisconsin (assistant, 1933–1934), and Michigan State (assistant, 1939–1945). He also coached basketball at Dayton (1935–1939) and golf at Florida (1930–1933) and Dayton (1935–1939). Holsinger died in Jefferson City, Missouri, at age 42.
