Talia Kilyn Olaniali'i von Oelhoffen (born October 7, 2002) is an American college basketball guard for the USC Trojans in the Big Ten. She is 5'11" tall and can play point guard or shooting guard.

She grew up in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and played high school basketball in Pasco, Washington—first at Tri-Cities Prep and then at Chiawana High School. She helped Tri-Cities Prep win a state title as a sophomore and later reached the Class 4A state tournament with Chiawana, even while dealing with mononucleosis. She graduated high school a semester early to start college, skipping her senior year because of COVID-19. ESPN gave her four stars as a recruit, and she chose Oregon State over Stanford, UCLA, UConn, and Oklahoma.

At Oregon State (2020–2024), she averaged 11.3 points per game as a freshman and 13.7 ppg as a sophomore, earning Pac-12 honors in both seasons. She scored a career-high 41 points against Nevada on December 17, 2022—the most by an OSU player since 2008. Her junior season was cut short by injury, but she still averaged 13.2 ppg, 5.0 rpg, and 3.3 apg. As a senior, she averaged 10.7 ppg, 4.1 rpg, and 5.0 apg, helping Oregon State reach the Elite Eight in the 2024 NCAA tournament and earning a second All-Pac-12 selection.

For her fifth year, she transferred to USC. Her father, Kimo, played in the NFL, and her mother, Tondi, played college basketball for Hawaii. She is of Hawaiian descent.
