T. M. Kurtz House, also known as the Pennsylvania Memorial Home, is a historic house in Punxsutawney, Jefferson County, Pennsylvania. It sits at 312 West Mahoning Street and was built in 1904 by Henry C. Park and McKean Harl. The three-story brick dwelling is designed in the Colonial Revival style, with a broad verandah and bow-front bay windows. It was the home of Theodore M. Kurtz (1868–1945), a prominent local businessman and Pennsylvania State Senator. The house was added to the National Register of Historic Places on July 28, 1988 (NRHP reference number 88001158).
