Ronald Waters is a Democratic politician from Philadelphia who served in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 191st district. He was elected in a May 18, 1999 special election and served from May 18, 1999, to June 1, 2015. He was preceded by Anthony Hardy Williams and succeeded by Joanna E. McClinton. On June 1, 2015, Waters pleaded guilty to a bribery charge and resigned from the House.
