Syen Toula
Syen Toula is a small town and commune in the Bougouni Cercle of the Sikasso Region in southern Mali. In 1998, about 5,825 people lived there. The town is located at roughly 12.21°N latitude and 7.87°W longitude, and it sits in the GMT (UTC+0) time zone.
